The problem this system solves: Digital and efficient guest registration without internet or corporate network involvement.

If you don’t want your guest information data to be transmitted on your corporate network or on the internet, this Edge Computing based solution is for you. Your guests’ data is printed on a piece of paper and the data not stored anywhere apart from on the paper it prints. The system also does not touch the Internet nor any other corporate network infrastructure. The system is completely independent.

A Simple Set That Includes Everything You Need

While this system is highly modular, the standard setup consists of the thermal receipt printer, an indicator light, a mini computer and an iPad. The mini computer creates a secure local wifi network to which the iPad and printer are connected. Just plug it in and play.

Most systems rely on the cloud. But our system is Edge based and therefore requires no network or internet connectivity. Great for ease of deployment. Great for security.

No Data Stored Other Than on Signed Receipt Paper

No data is stored anywhere. The data is directly sent to the printer and then discarded immediately thereafter.

Temperature Sensors

Detect the temperature in a room, for example to switch on or off the air conditioning.

Humidity Sensors

Detect humidity in rooms and trigger ventilation accordingly.

Magnet Sensors

Detect if doors or windows are open or closed.

Motion Sensors

Detect if there is a moving person in a room or not.

Buttons

Make your room interactive by connecting it to buttons, for example to book the room.

Vibration Sensors

Detect if something has been moving, stopped moving or was falling on the floor.

Double Buttons

Add interactivity to your room with two buttons, for example one for on, one for off.

CO2 Sensors

Detect the levels of CO2 in a room and trigger actions depending on the levels.

Gravio Light

Use a colorful indicator light signalise any condition. The light can change to any color. Used in this project.
